Do I need to use AI for every message?
No — and you shouldn't. AI works best for first inquiries where customers ask about price, availability, and delivery all at once. Follow-up messages, order confirmations, and simple one-word replies are faster to type yourself.
Does it write in Romanized Nepali?
Yes — that's the core feature. The AI detects how the customer wrote their message and replies in the exact same style. If they wrote in Romanized Nepali, the reply is in Romanized Nepali. Never Devanagari.
Do I need to select the product the customer is asking about?
Usually no. AI auto-matches clear messages. For vague first messages, it gives quick product picks so you can tap once and continue.
Do I need to add all products before I start?
No. Start with 3 to 5 fast-selling products first. That is enough to launch and reply smoothly, then add more over time.
Can I pay with eSewa?
Yes. Current flow is manual QR: scan, pay, submit payment reference + payer name, then admin verifies. Screenshot upload is not in-app yet.
What happens when I hit the free limit?
On the free plan you get 20 AI replies per day. When you hit the limit you'll see an upgrade prompt. Your account and products are never deleted — wait until the next day or upgrade to Pro for unlimited replies.
Does it automatically send replies to customers?
No — and that's intentional. You always review and send the reply yourself. The AI generates it, you copy and paste it to WhatsApp or Instagram. You stay in full control.
How does Pro activation work?
After payment, submit your reference and payer name. Once admin verifies, Pro gets activated. Your account stays on Free until approval.
